Tennis Ball Dribble-
10 minutes
Whenever possible carry around a Rock Handle®
Mastery Ball and dribble around with it.
Do These Drills With Weights:
1. Backwards Dribble Running- about 2 minutes
2. Windmill Around Legs w/ Dribble- about 2
minutes
3. V-Dribble Between Legs- 1 minute between
each leg
4. Dribble Behind Back- about 2 minutes
5. Defense Dribble- 2 sets of 50 dribbles with
each hand
6. Figure Eight Dribble- 1 minute then switch
direction
7. Walking crab dribble-1 minute
8. Now Take the Weights Off:
9. Pound 1, 2, Crossover- about 2 minutes
10. Spider Dribble- about 2 minutes
11. Side V Dribble- 1 minute on each side
12. Front V Dribble- 1 minute with each hand
13. One Hand Crossover- 1 minute with each hand
14. Between Legs Behind Back- about 2 minutes
15. Push Pull Dribble- 1 minute with each hand
16. 2 Ball stationary Dribble- 2 minutes
16. 2 Ball High Low Dribble- about 2 minutes
Do these Drills with Gloves On:
1. Windmill Around Legs w/o Dribble- about 2
minutes
2. Circles Around Head- 2 sets of 50 each
direction
3. Circles Around Waist- 2 sets of 50 each
direction
4. Circles Around Ankles- 2 sets of 50 each
direction
5. Circles Around Individual Leg- 2 sets of 50
each direction
Now Take the Gloves Off:
1. Fingertip
Taps In Front of Body- 50 taps
2. Punching
Bag- 1 minute facing each direction
3. Crossed
Legged Circle Dribbles- about 2 minutes
4. Kneeling
Figure Eights- 1 minute each direction
5. Different
Strokes- 2 minutes while switching hand position
Do this workout 5 times a week.
If you don't have enough time to do this workout
at one time do half in the morning and half at
night.
Other Exercises-
Whenever possible carry around a Rock Handle®
Mastery Ball and dribble around with it.
Pick out a move from a mixtape, Nike commercial
or YouTube video and try to master it as best as
you can. Try to master a new move every week.
